SYDNEY, October 17. There was an improved inquiry for wheat and flour. Silo wheat is quoted at 3s Hid, bagged 4s 2£d. Other quotations: Flour, £12 10s; bran and pollard, £6; potatoes, Tasmanian £13 10s to £15, New Zealand Dakota Reds reduced to £10 and rather slow of sale; onions, Victorian brown, £7; maize, yellow, 5s 6d.
