The American-Canadian Defence Board held, two long sittings at Ottawa today. It. is reported that the sessions may adjoicm. tomorrow so that the respective dVjlegates may report to their Governmegnts. .
After yesterday's preliminary meeting Maycjr La Guardia, chairman of the American delegation, described the board as "the Monroe Doctrine translated intp action."
