DAY OF PRAYER AND GIVING

Particulars of the day of prayer and giving to be held at St. George's Church, Seatoun, on September 1, were given by Mr. R. P. Cooper at a meeting of the new church building committee last evening. He said that although they should pray for the new church, they must also remember the international situation and pray for peace. He appealed to those present to publicise the day as much as possible.
