APPOINTMENTS MADE
(Received July 31, 11 a.m.) LONDON, July 30. It is officially announced that Air Commodore A. H. Orlebar, a former holder of the world air speed record, and also the commander of the British Schneider Trophy team, has been appointed Director of Flying Training. Air Commodore A. J. Capel has been appointed Director of Operational Training.
