FRANCE
(Received July 31, 9 a.m.)
LONDON, July 30
A message from Vichy states that the Germans are reported to have relaxed the suspension of communications between the occupied and unoccupied zones in France, and allow only one passenger train daily for members of the services and Ministers going to* Paris. Movement by road is allowed to continue for refugees, provided the petrol tanks are full when they cross the boundary.
