(Received July 30, 1 p.m.) JOHANNESBURG, July 29. A series of dynamite explosions in reef centres is resulting in considerable damage and is causing widespread uneasiness. Wreckers also blew up a section of railway in the Heidelberg district. The police have made many arrests and have seized a large quantity of explosives.
