JAPAN'S RELATIONS WITH
INDIES

It is reported that Mr. Shingo Tsuda, president of the Kanegafuchi Spinning Company, is to be appointed Ambassador Extraordinary to the Netherlands East Indies instead of a man with a diplomatic career, owing to the important trade relations between Japan and the East Indies.
