PROFESSOR'S POST IN MADRID
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, July 6. Professor Walter Starkie, first director of the new British Institute established by the British Council in Madrid, will leave shortly to take up his post. He is at present professor of Spanish at Dublin University.
