Although the race card for the opening day of the Manawatu Winter Meeting shows. Classform and Tide-, waiter as a. bracketed pair, in the Winter Cup, they will race as individual v candidates and will carry separate numbers on the totalisator.
Originally, both Classform and Tidewaiter were owned by Mr. C. W. Boyd, of Palrnerston North, but the latter was recently purchased by the New Plymouth trainer, H. Dulieu, and the conditions of the "sale have now been fully completed.
