PRAISE FOR BUS DRIVERS
(To the Editor.) /
' Sir, —May I take up a little space to give a little praise where praise is due? The Eastbourne bus drivers are not only splendid drivers and a fine stamp but are the most patient and courteous men one could come in contact with. My family and I have lived at the bays for about six years, so consider we have had an opportunity to see drivers under all conditions, and the above conclusion is the result of our experience. 'Many visitors have also made the same comment. The Eastbourne J Council must realise how fortunate it, is in having such di'ivers in its employ. Coming back to the bays after an absence and seeing the same drivers at the wheel confirms the appreciation the councUmust feel for its employees. Their inspector, too, is worthy of full appreciation.—l am, etc., i
