HOSPITAL EXPENDITURE

The possibility of military necessity involving increased capital expenditure on. the part of ; hospital boards, was mentioned by the chairman, Mr. Allan J. "Any: outlay on hospital building for military purposes should not,be thrown on ;the< hospital boards, but it, should be a matter for the Government," Mr. Moody said. "It should be met from war expenses instead of coming from the pockets of the ratepayers and possibly the Social Security Fund." ../■•:
