BLOMFIELD BEATS LITTLE WOLF

AUCKLAND, v April 22.
The wrestling season was opened in Auckland tonight, - when Sergeant "Lofty" Blomfield, of the New Zealand Military Forces, beat Chief Little Wolf, an American Red Indian, before a crowd which filled the house to overflowing. Blomfield, who was given a very fine reception, gained the only fall in the match by means of a body press, following, a succession of elbow jolts and two slams, in the sixth round.
