NEW ZEALAND MAGICIANS.
On the occasion of their convention in Wellington at Easter the New Zealand Magicians will present one of the greatest and most spectacular magical treats on Easter Saturday night that has ever been presented here. Many of the members have been offered professional engagements at tempting salaries, but so far they have resisted such blandishments as far' as oversea tours are concerned, but all-have had extensive stage experience in various parts of the Dominion. The most alluring part about this particular performance lies in the fact that magic has so many branches for its study and practice and, on this occasion, the members chosen to perform are those who each has a different and individual style of presentation, besides performing a different branch of the art. Whilst the main purpose of the performance of magic is to mystify it, is, also to amuse, and this matter, has been given special attention. There will be humorous items and sketches as well as the usual witty running fire by the individual performers. Box plans are at the D.I.C.
