TAITA CLUB

At the annual general meeting of the Taita Golf Club on Monday, the following officers were elected for the ensuing season:—Patron, Mr. H. E.. Combs, M.P ; president, Mr. 0. H. Benge; vice-presidents, Messrs. J. T. Piner. J. Pickard, R. D. Smith, W. 3. Smith, A. K. Lake, J. W. McHolm,- E. O'Neill, and F. Welby; committee, F. Whelean, G. Dickie, VV. Clegg, VV. T. Nelson, and J. C. Meyer; club captain, E. Parkinson; secretary and treasurer, T. N. Morrison; ladles' secretary, Miss M. Brandon-Jones.

Judgeford Country Club. —Opening day, Sunday.

Tui Glen Club.— Opening of its season, Sunday next. Competitions will include a mixed foursome and a foursome for those without partners in the morning and during the afternoon a separate bogey .for the men and women.

Taita Club. —The season will open on Sunday morning next with a mixed foursome.
