BICYCLES IN VICTORIA TUNNEL
(To the Editor.)
Sir,—Now the restrictions are on motor-cars there, is less traffic in
the above tunnel than ever there has been. Would it not be possible for the City Council to remit the prohibition of bicycles using the tunnel?" During the busiest time of the day, before 10 a.m., they can use it. Many cyclists are ratepayers and have helped to pay for that tunnel.—l am, etc.,
