PINEAPPLES AND APPLES
(To the Editor.)
Sir,—lt looks as though the Government must think that by depriving the people of a few fresh pineapples they will eat more apples and thus keep the doctor away. If it does it is quite wrong. I, like many others, am very fond of a fruit salad and what is a fruit salad without pineapple, and bananas, and some citrus juice?—l am, etc.,
