FINLAND AND CHINA
SENATE COMMITTEE APPROVES

WASHINGTON, February 7,
The Senate Fbreign Relations Committee approved a bill increasing the capital of the Expprt and Import Bank by 100,000,000 dollars so as to permit loans to China and Finland. The bill limits these to 20,000,000 dollars each.
