BROWDER GUILTY
(Received January 23, 1.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, January 22. Earl Browder, secretary of the Communist Party in America, was found guilty on two counts of passport frauds. He was sentenced to four years 1 gaol and fined 2000 dollars.
