J. Black, 79 Oroua Street, Eastbourne, writes emphatically repudiating the opinions expressed in a letter bearing a similar name on November 30. The first letter referred to submitted "• that part of the present commercial trouble was due to members of the commercial community who supported the •Govern-, ment in the flections from motives of self-interest, 'j. Black .(Eastbourne) writes that the first correspondent need not worry to try and show where political selfishness lies. "It is only too apparent, and the average New Zealander is quite capable and no doubt has already sized up the position. [The first J.
