GOLD DREDGING RETURNS.
(By Telegraph— Press: Association.) AUCKLAND, December 4. The Mataki dredge return for the week ended December i was 21oz for 129 hours. Owing to floods the cubic yardage was unobtainable. DUNEDIN, December 4. The Clutha River dredge worked 127 hours for the week ended December 1, and recovered 58oz of gold. j The Okarito dredge wash-up totalled 14oz lOdwt for 126 hours. Worksop Extended's return for the week ended November 30 was: 19oz for 119 hours and 9300 yards. The Stock Exchange has received a telegram reporting today that Gillespie's Beach wash-up was 350z 12dwt of gold for ,134 hours and 15,957 yards.
