RUGBY, October 31.
The latest .Treasury returns'* show that the total ordinary revenue to October 29 was £402,880,564,'C0mpared with £377,957,190 to the corresponding date last year. The total ordinary expenditure to that date this year amounted to £637,001,640, against £559.945.437 last year.
