THE REICH "NOT WORRIED"
(By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright.) (Received September 23, 9 a.m.) LONDON, September 22. The German wireless announces that Britain cut the German transatlantic cable five days after the outbreak of the war, repeating the tactics of 1914.
