CALINESCU
(Received September 22, 2.15 p.m.) LONDON, September 21. A Rumanian Government communique states that the assassination of M. Calinescu . has no international political significance. The French official wireless says that those who were arrested stated that they acted individually, as they wished to make a gesture. At least 100 cavalrymen with machine-guns are on the way to Bucharest. i
