FUTURE OF THE MOVEMENT

WANGANUI, September 20
The funeral of Mr. T. W. Ratana, the Maori prophet, will take place at Ratana at 2 o'clock on Sunday afternoon. . Already 2000 Natives have gathered at the settlement, and a big contingent from North Auckland is expected tomorrow. It is expected that 5000 will be present. In an interview tonight, the M.P. for Northern Maori, Mr. Paikea, said that the future of the movement would be discussed during and after the lying-in-state. A strong committee had been formed, including the M.P. for. Southern Maori, Mr. Tirikatene, and the M.P. for Western Maori, Mr. H. T. Ratana. He could not say more than that.
