Pleading guilty in the Magistrate's Court today to a charge of indecently assaulting a five-year-old girl at Ngaio on September 6, William Lindsay Atkinson, a labourer, aged 49, was committed by Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., to the Supreme Court for sentence.
A remand for a week was granted by Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., 'in the Magistrate's Court today in the case of Vassilies Tripanagnostopoulos, aged 27, a seaman, who is charged with being a'prohibited immigrant.
