SNOW IN NEW PLYMOUTH
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, This Day. ' The rare sight of snow in the borough of Nejw Plymouth came as a climax to the bitterly cold weather experienced in the past few days. Heavy snow has been falling beldw the radius line of Mount Egmont since yesterday morning, and today the storm swept right down to the coast. Just after 10 o'clock the already low temperature dropped suddenly, and soft hail and sleet began to fall, succeeded by snow, which did riot last long, however, except in drifts in sheltered corners.
