WHEAT FOR GUNS
RUMANIA'S BARTER DEAL

BUCHAREST, July 21
Rumania has agreed to barter 50,000 railway wagon-loads of wheat worth £3,500,000 for armaments from Italy and Germany, the latter taking delivery of 30,000 wagon-loads in September.
