POLISH AMBASSADOR AND FOREIGN SECRETARY

(Received July 4, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, July 4. Count Raczynski, the Polish Ambassador, had a lengthy talk with the Foreign Secretary. He is flying tp Warsaw today to consult the Foreign Minister, Colonel Beck. "The Times" explains that the Ambassador to Berlin, Sir Nevile Henderson, is returning to consult his doctors. It adds that doubtless he will see Mr. Chamberlain and Lord Halifax, but certainly he has not been summoned.
