FRENCH PRECAUTIONS IN
INDO-CHINA
(Received July 4, 9.20 a.m.) PARIS. July 3. ■ The Minister of Colonies stated that Indo-China now has a fully-trained arjny of 100,000 men. A munitions factory is being constructed and also an aviation factory with an output of 150 I planes a year.
