"NOT HOSTILE"
AUSTRALIA AND N,Z.
IMPORT CONTROL
"As far as my Arm is concerned we are not worrying about your import restriction policy so far; we will sell all New Zealand cares to buy," said Mr. A. C, 'Hatrick, managing director of A. C. Hatrick Pty., Ltd., suppliers pf chemical raw materials, who arrived by the Wanganella today to visit his firm's agents in New Zealand. "Of course, we want to know that we will be able to get our money from the Dominion," he added, "but so far we have experienced no difficulty, There have been some delays, but that is all. If there was any real trouble in this way, then I would not be here." Mr. Hatrick said that, in general, Australian commercial circles had no hostile feelings against New Zealand for tlie action tlie Government had taken, but they were naturally watching the position closely. He had no doubt that if Mr, Nash succeeded in obtaining the financial accommodation he was seeking in London, the position would be considerably improved.
