DUBLIN, June 23.
The order banning the Irish Republican Army declares^that the I.R.A. ought ,to be suppressed in the public interest. ■ ..'.'.
The Republican commemoration parade at,Wolfe Tone's, grave has been banned.
Wolfe Tone was an Irish revolutionist and one of the chief founders of the United Irishmen. He, committed suicide in prison at Dublin-in 1798.
