As a result Cecil William Mitchell (Mr. J. W. King), aged 29, showman, and Allan Barton, aged 27, showman, appeared before Messrs. F. Findlay and G. K. Sinclair, J.P.s, in the Hamilton Police Court today charged with fighting. The case against Mitchell was dismissed and Barton was fined £5, in default fourteen days' imprisonment.
