WOOLWORTHS PROPERTIES, LTD.
The Stock Exchange Association of New Zealand is advised that at a meeting of the Board of Directors of Woolworths Properties, Ltd., held on May 30, 1939, it was resolved that a dividend for the half-year ended June 30, 1939, be declared on the 6 per cent, preferred ordinary share capital of the company, based on share holdings as at June 30. 1939, and be payable on July 15, 1939, and that the transfer books be closed from June 23 to 30, inclusive.
