SYDNEY, This Day.

The Equity Court granted^a windingup order against the, Scottish Loan and Finance Company, Limited.

It was reported from Sydney last month that an investigation of the affairs of the Scottish Loan and Finance Company, Limited, have been opened by the Official Assignee, acting under instructions from a provisional liquidator appointed by the Equity Court, Detectives had previously collected all the books and records pending the hearing of a petition for the winding up of the company.
