Signor Mussolini sent a messageTo 20,000 Legionaries from Spain who are arriving at Naples:—
"The Fatherland greets you after the victorious war against the Democracies and Bolshevism. You have been the incubus of the pluto-democracies, and you must be proud of it."
ALL FOREIGN TROOPS NOW LEFT
LONDON, June 5,
The Paris correspondent of "The Times" says the Spanish Government has informed the French Government that all foreign troops have now left Spain.
