Summons cases were dealt with in the Upper Hutt Court yesterday by Mr. A. M. Goulding, S.M. , Meredith James Hartley, of Upper Hutt, and Patrick James Williamson, of Trentham, were each fined 10s and costs for delivering a firearm to an un-1 authorised person, and 10s and costs, for procuring a firearm without a per- j mit. For negligent driving, Frank White, of Featherston, was fined. £ 1 and costs. Gordon Burns Green, of Trentham, was ordered to pay costs, and Francis Bertram Haycock, of Wanganui, was fined 10s and costs ~for driving without due care and \ attention. Fines of £2 10s and costs were imposed on Alan Edward Tubman, of! Trentham, and George Thomas Sim-j mons, of Petone, for driving in a man- j ncr which might have been dangerous.
