APOLLO WOMEN'S CLUB

The Apollo Women's Club met recently, Mrs. W. H. P. Walshe presiding. A musical programme of unusual charm and merit was arranged by Mrs. W. M. Sunley, and gave much pleasure to the large attendance of members and visitors present. 'Cello solos were given by Miss Tui McLeod. Soprano solos were given by Mrs. W. Burgess and Miss Myra Sawyer, and contralto solos by Miss Kathleen Bond. Duets were sung by Misses Myra Sawyer and Kathleen Bond. The accompanists were Mrs. Gibson Foster and Mrs. R. G. Caigou. Supper was served by Mesdames Bennett, McLean, Rands, and Miss Mechaelis.
