OBITUARY
JAPANESE DIPLOMAT

TOKIO, March 24,
The death has occurred of Mr. Yotaro Sugimara, the Japanese Ambassador in Paris, who had returned to Tokio on a health trip.
Mr. Sugimara was born in 1884 and was educated at the Tokio and Paris Universities. He was Ambassador to Italy from 1935 to 1937 bsirny annw'nt.
