CZECHO-SLOVAK. CONSUL'S STAND (Independent Cable Service.) (Received March 21, 9.15 a.m.) JERUSALEM, March 20. The Czecho-Sldvak Consul-General informed the German Consul-General of his "irrevocable determination not to surrender the Consulate."
