AT LEAST 430 CASUALTIES
(Independent Cable Service.) HONG KONG, February 22. At least 180 persons were killed and 250 wounded today in a terrific Japanese air raid on Ichang, the treaty port on the Yangtze River in Hupeh Province, 270 miles above Hankow.
