POLICE PRECAUTIONS
(Received February 23, 1.10 p.m.) ! LONDON, February *22. In view of a possible bomb outrage, admission to the hall in which Mr.' Chamberlain spoke was strictly by ticket. Police asked some women to open'their handbags at barriers twenty yards from the hall. Eight thousand people heard the speech. They cheered Mr. Chamberlain for several minutes when he entered, and sang "For He's a Jolly Good Fellow." ____
