DRUM AND FIFE BAND

The first meeting of the proposed Wellington Drum and Fife Band was held recently. There was a fair attendance and most of those present expressed willingness to join the band.

Two members were appointed- to make arrangements for the purchase of instruments. It was decided that tfoe next meeting and practice' would be held tomorrow at the address of the organiser, 92 Daniel Street.
