t AUCKLAND, February 12. To spend a year in New Zealand as aide-de-camp to the Governor-General, Lord Galway, Captain Lord Dormer of the Life Guards arrived .from London by the Rangitiki.

Lord Dormer visited the Dominion a year ago and for part of a month's stay he was the guest of the GovernorGeneral.
