BOAT CAPSIZES

BOYS RESCUED BY LAUNCH

Hearing a cry for help near Shelly Bay about 1 o'clock yesterday afternoon, the crew of the launch Naomi, in charge of Mr. T. McGoldrick, discovered, a 14ft yacht capsized with two young boys, believed to be named Dunn and Daniels, clinging to it. When the boys were pulled aboard the launch they were in an exhausted condition, having been in the water for about an hour. They were given restoratives, placed in the engine-room to recover, and taken back to Balena Bay to their homes, suffering from the effect of exposure. The yacht was too difficult to tow back to Balena Bay, and was abandoned.
