TERMS FOR EUROPEAN PEACE

LONDON. January 21,

The "Daily Mail" says it is believed in London that, in his speech to the Reichstag on January 30, Herr Hitler will reiterate in more definite terms than ever Germany's claims to colonies.

It is understood that his attitude will be that Germany cannot consider joining in plans for European appeasement till the colonies problem is settled.
