BERLIN, January 20. .With the object of unifying economic, financial, capital, and market policy, Herr Hitler has relieved Dr. Schacht of the presidency of the Reichsbank and appointed Dr. Funk as his successor. Dr. Funk is retaining the Ministry of Economics. Dr. Schacht, as a Minister without portfolio, will be engaged on special work.'
