WHERE EELS GO
All the eels of the world swim td» one of three breeding places where they deposit their eggs and die. European eels go to "West Indies, American eels to Bermuda, Asian and African eels to ,the Indian Ocean. To reach their breeding grounds, eeif will overcome many obstacles. They will cross grassland to get from one ; stream to another. Traffic was recently held up on a Sussex road by great, numbers of eels crossing it in broad i daylight.
