Offenders against the traffic regulations in the Upper Hutt Borough were ,dealt with before Mr t A. M- Goulding; S.M., in the Upper Hutt court yesteiv day. - , ; Negligent driving, • cost Clarence vr Victor Nelson and Patrick John Mad- -. den £2 and costs and £1 and costs respectively. • Noel Lewis Bryan was fined £2 and ':' costs for driving in a manner which might have been dangerous. ■ '- For driving without due care and attention, Alfred Stanley Clark was v convicted and asked to pay costs.
