(Received January 21,-2.30 p.m.)
CAIRO, January 20,
King Farouk created a sensation by his unprecedented action in replacing a priest conducting a service at the Quosoun mosque, after which the congregation hailed him as the "Caliph of Islam." - The reception proved that King Farouk would be solidly supported as leader of the United Arab Front. His action is accepted as a sign that he is willing to assume the world leadership of Islam.
