The Warsaw correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" says that drastic orders which hay* been issued to speed up industry and cheapen labour threaten to cause most serious labour trouble. The orders prescribe al4 per cent, wage reduction and a 25 per cent, increase in the minimum output of
